What we collect
When you request a pilot report we collect your name, email, the property address, and anything else you type into the form. The free address check on the home page runs in your browser against public county and FEMA map services. We don't store those searches.
How we use it
We use your details to prepare and email your report, to ask for your feedback, and to improve the service. We don't sell, rent or share your details with agents, lenders, sellers or advertisers. We use a small number of service providers to run the website and send email, and they may process your details only for that purpose.
We'll email you about your report and ask for feedback. If you'd like us to stop, reply "stop" to any email or write to hello@beforeofferinsights.com, and we will.
Keeping and deleting your details
We keep pilot requests and reports for up to 12 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner by emailing us.
Property owner information
Our reports use public records. We withhold owner names in our reports and samples, and we link to the public source instead.
Pilot terms
- The pilot report is free. We won't ask for payment details.
- Reports are information only. They summarize public records and published rules. They are not appraisals or value opinions, not legal advice, not a home inspection, and not a guarantee of license eligibility.
- Public records can be out of date or wrong. Confirm key facts with the sources listed in the report before you decide anything.
- We aim to send reports within 2 business days, but during the pilot we may decline or delay requests, for example addresses outside Clark County.
- We take no referral fees from anyone.
- BeforeOffer Insights is not affiliated with Clark County, the City of Las Vegas or FEMA.
